Kern ACTions

Kern ACTions serves individuals with serious and persistent mental illness with severe functional impairments, and those who have avoided or not responded well to traditional outpatient mental health care and psychiatric rehabilitation services. Many of these individuals have co-existing problems such as substance use disorders, homelessness or involvement in the criminal justice system. Clients receive medication management and monitoring, therapy, drug and alcohol counseling, case management, vocational rehabilitation, peer counseling and support, and supportive housing services.
